In Thunderbrd:
1. Go to Tools -> Extensions
2. Right-Click on Enigmail
3. Choose Uninstall from the context menu
4. Restart Thunderbird
In Seamonkey:
1. Go to OpenPGP -> Preferences
2. Click on the Uninstall button
3. Restart Seamonkey
